Noho Marae - Professional Development for your team

Throughout your (noho) stay, you’ll experience life on the marae, learn how you can integrate basic reo Māori into your everyday life and mahi (work) as well as learn about its importance and relevance in Aotearoa today. You’ll also learn about Te Tiriti o Waitangi, its history, the principles of Te Tiriti and why these have become such a widely discussed topic of late. 

You’ll learn and experience first hand, the basics of tikanga, as well as the importance of oral traditions in te ao Māori, discussing karakia and even learning waiata (songs) so you can be prepared and confident next time you step into te ao Māori.
